A BIT ABOUT ME

Certified Personal Trainer

My name is Carly Treadway and I am a Personal Trainer. I have been a personal training for a little over two years now, and have trained numerous online clients, as well as in person clients. My personal training certification is through ISSA, and I am also currently pursuing a B.S in Sports and Health Sciences.

MACRO COACHING

I recommend all of my clients use IIFYM also known as if it fits your macros when trying to reach a specific fitness goal. This is basically breaking down counting calories even further, and hitting a daily protein, fat, and carb goal each day.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal Training Programs are designed specifically for you, your body, and your fitness goals. Everyone is different and has different fitness goals, so why would everyone follow the same workout plan? Whether your goals are fat loss, maintaining, or muscle building, these programs are customized to fit your schedule, and lifestyle.
